It was at a tender age as a student of D & M College, Moga, when my respected father had led me directly into the holy presence of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj (of Kaleran). It was in the holy and immediate presence of Mahan Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj that I started experiencing the Bliss of the Eternal Glory of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib.
Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was born at Amritsar in 1621 and was the youngest son of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib. He adorned the Sacred Throne of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib from 1664 to 1675. One hundred and fifteen hymns of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib stand enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib. This section only provides a glimpse of the Eternal Glory of my Beloved Satguru. For nearly three decades, I regularly accompanied my worshipful father, every year, to join the holy celebrations of the sacred Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib at Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Delhi. He would wipe the shoes of Sangat with his flowing white beard and cry from the depths of his heart "Blessed are these holy persons who have come all the way to pay their homage at the holy feet of my Beloved Satguru, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib". An Akand Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib used to be booked in the corner room of the first floor of the Gurdwara and three days spent in exclusive devotion and service to the Great Guru. Illuminating and revealing were his words of wisdom and devotion based directly on his personal intuitive and mystical experiences.
I dedicate this humble attempt to the Grace of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj and my own worshipful father Baba Narinder Singh Ji.
